Please ensure that you have read and understood our terms and conditions before progressing with your booking.
Casa Ciclismo (Lieuwe Westra, NIF Y2208400T) accepts bookings, subject to the following conditions:
You are booking on an active holiday and there are risks involved with this type of travel. All rides are on public roads; therefore, road rules must be followed and obeyed.
Casa Ciclismo does not accept resopnsibility for death, illness or injury of customers during your stay.
Cycle Ciclismo does not accept responsibility for any claims damages, expenses or financial loss resulting from any inherent risks.
Bookings made more than 30 days from the tour date require a 50% deposit to secure the booking. The remaining balance is payable 30 days before the tour date.
When making a booking that is 30 days or less from your tour date, the total amount must be paid in full.
Failure to make payments by the dates specified will result in the cancellation of your tour.
Casa Ciclismo provides all prices in Euros and inclusive of IVA (Impuesto sobre el Valor Añadido) also known as VAT.
Any changes to your booking must be communicated in writing. This includes changes to the groups composition and changes to hire bike and airport transfer requirements.
We recommended taking out travel insurance, that includes cancellation cover.
Notice of cancellation must be made in writing to email@example.com.
The following charges apply to cancellation of tours:
- 30 or more days before tour date, full refund payable.
- 22 to 29 days before tour – 70% of tour costs, 30% refund payable.
- 21 days or less before tour date – 100% of tour costs, no refund payable.
Casa Ciclismo reserves the right to alter or cancel guided rides in the event of rain, bad weather or other potential risks that could jeopardise the safety of riders.
It is mandatory to wear a helmet during all guided rides.
We do not accept
liability for loss, expenses or damage where the booking needs to be altered or
cancelled, or where we are unable to perform any contractual obligations as a
result of events of ‘force majeure’.
Force Majeure refers to any event that cannot be reasonably anticapted, or the result could not have been reasonably avoided by Casa Ciclismo or our suppliers. These events include, but are not limited to, natural or man-made disaster, threat of war, weather conditions, fire, industrial disputes and civil strife.
All bicycles hired by Casa Ciclismo are the responsibility of the customer for the duration of the trip. Any damage or loss of bicycles is the responsibility of the customer.
Casa Ciclismo does not arrange flights, you are required to make your own travel arrangements to Alicante or Valencia airport.
Property damage and lost keys
Any damage or breakages to the property during your occupancy must be reported.
The accommodation will be inspected at the end of your stay and you may be charged for any loss or damage found. In the event that any keys issued are not returned at the end of your stay you will be charged the cost of replacement.
